A session on Building a Respectful Campus Culture – POSH Awareness was conducted by the Women Development Cell on Thursday, 09th July 2026 in the Mini-Auditorium.
Advocate Mallika Verma from Majlis Foundation conducted an informative session on creating a safe, respectful, and inclusive environment, using real-life examples to explain workplace harassment and the POSH Act.
She highlighted the key provisions of the Act, including harassment, the role of the ICC, complaint procedures, confidentiality, and timely redressal. The interactive session clarified misconceptions and empowered students to uphold dignity, safety, and equality. A total of 89 students benefitted from the session.
