The International Yoga Day was celebrated on Saturday, 20th June 2026 by NSS Unit in collaboration with The Art of Living and the Ministry of AYUSH. The program commenced at 9:00 a.m. and was conducted by experienced yoga instructors who guided participants through various yoga postures, breathing exercises, and relaxation techniques. The session aimed to create awareness about the importance of yoga in maintaining physical fitness, mental well-being, emotional balance, and overall health. Students actively participated in the event with great enthusiasm and discipline. The instructors explained the benefits of regular yoga practice and encouraged participants to adopt a healthy lifestyle. The session provided an opportunity for students to experience the positive impact of yoga on both body and mind. A total of 78 beneficiaries participated in and benefited from the International Yoga Day celebration. The event was informative, engaging, and successful in promoting the values of health, wellness, and mindfulness among the students. The program concluded with a vote of thanks, expressing gratitude to the organizers, instructors, and participants for making the event meaningful and successful.
