Placement Policy

NMFC PLACEMENT POLICY - TERMS & CONDITIONS

(W.E.F. AUGUST 2024)

Students are requested to read the following terms & conditions cautiously for seeking placement Assistance through NMFC. By registering for placement assistance, you declare your agreement to these terms and conditions.

These terms & conditions can be altered/modified periodically if required, and communication would be sent to students with immediate notice.

  1. NMFC will offer placement assistance to the registered students of second and third year from graduate programs.
  2. The students will be placed for internships & jobs through on-campus, off- campus and online selection processes.
  3. Placement assistance will be provided to current final-year students until 30th June. After that, they can apply through the Alumni group.
  4. The student is expected to submit the correct information about their academics to the placement cell for the records and selection process of companies.
  5. Students need to follow the timelines for submission of application/details, or else the student will not be considered for that job opportunity.
  6. If the placement process has been initiated, the applicant is not allowed to withdraw his/her name. Students must attend the selection process if they have applied for that vacancy.
  7. The students are expected to apply to all the job opportunities shared with them for their Stream.
  8. Each registered student has to submit the offer letter/confirmation email received from HR to the placement cell, irrespective of your placement made through the college or by self-efforts, for record purposes.
  9. Registered students should attend all the Grooming / Training Sessions and short courses (paid or unpaid) organized by the college to enhance their employability skills.
  10. Students can submit their grievance in writing to the principal's office, which will be taken up by the authorities.
