The Placement Cell organised an insightful talk session titled “Rising Industry Trends: What Employers Expect Today” for registered Third Year students preparing for placements. The aim of the session was to help students understand current industry trends and the skills expected by employers.
The session was conducted by Dr. Ravi Prakash, NMFC Placement Consultant, on Thursday, 20th November 2025.
Dr. Prakash shared valuable insights on evolving industry expectations, employability skills, and strategies students can adopt to prepare for placements. He also highlighted the importance of communication skills, adaptability, and continuous learning to stay competitive in today’s job market.
A total of 63 students from across all programmes attended and benefited from the session.
