The Placement Cell successfully organized a mandatory three-day Soft Skill Training Program titled “Elevate360: Soft Skills Bootcamp for Future Professionals” for second-year learners in December 2025. The program was conducted in multiple batches to accommodate students from various streams and witnessed enthusiastic participation from all attendees.
The objective of the bootcamp was to equip students with essential soft skills that are vital for academic excellence, placement preparedness, and long-term career growth. The sessions were thoughtfully designed to focus on enhancing communication skills, developing leadership qualities, and strengthening professional conduct—competencies that are increasingly valued in today’s competitive professional environment.
The training sessions were conducted by Ms. Sayali Saptarshi, an experienced Image Consultant and Soft Skills Trainer, who brought valuable industry insights and practical perspectives to the program. Her interactive approach, real-life examples, and engaging activities helped students understand the importance of personal branding, effective communication, teamwork, and workplace etiquette.
The program was conducted batch-wise at Nirmala Hall (Ground Floor) as per the following schedule:
Students actively participated in discussions, exercises, and interactive segments, making the sessions lively and impactful. The training helped learners gain greater self-awareness, confidence, and clarity regarding professional expectations, thereby contributing positively to their overall personality development.
