The Placement Cell of Nirmala Memorial Foundation College of Commerce and Science (Autonomous) organised an Employability Skill-Building Training Program for Third Year students of B.Com, B.Com (MS), B.Com (A&F), and BAMMC registered for Placement Assistance.As part of the programme, the organisation first conducted a screening of the participating students at the College premises. This was followed by an online training programme focusing on communication, interview skills, resume preparation, workplace readiness, corporate etiquette, digital literacy, financial awareness, and aptitude skills.Since the organisation required a minimum participation of 75 students to conduct the training on campus, the training sessions were conducted online. A total of 12 students successfully completed the training programme.The programme aimed to enhance students’ employability skills and prepare them for upcoming placement opportunities.
