IQAC organized a workshop for faculty professional skills development titled “Unlocking Knowledge on MOOCs: A Beginner’s Guide" on Thursday, 20th February 2025. The session was led by Ms. Pankit Surve, an Educator and Instructional Designer at the Center for Excellence in E-Content Development (CEED), University of Mumbai. Designed to introduce teachers to the transformative potential of MOOCs, the workshop focused on their relevance in modern education, the strategies for preparing MOOCs, and enhancing teaching practices. 25 teachers benefited from this initiative.
Participants gained practical insights on course design, digital tool integration, and innovative learner engagement, transitioning from traditional methods to a dynamic, tech-enabled approach. This roadmap empowers educators to implement MOOCs, fostering continuous improvement and collaborative learning.
