The Internal Quality Assurance Cell (IQAC) of the college had organized a workshop and guidance session on "OBE & Teaching Pedagogies" on Wednesday, 1st October 2025 at 11:30 am in the Mini Auditorium (Block No. 706).
The session was conducted in collaboration with Andhra Loyola Institute of Engineering and Technology under the existing Memorandum of Understanding (MoU). The resource person was Dr. Sr. Candy D’Cunha, an Associate Professor of English, IQAC & NAAC Coordinator, and Dean of Students’ Affairs at ALIET.
The workshop provided teachers with the principles of Outcome Based Education (OBE), practical guidance on applying Bloom’s Taxonomy for designing course outcomes, lesson plans, and assessments, and methods to enhance teaching–learning effectiveness. A total of 27 faculty members attended the session and benefitted from it.
