The Gujarati Association of Nirmala Memorial Foundation College of Commerce and Science organized “RASOI NI RANGAT”, a no-fire cooking competition celebrating the rich culture and flavors of Gujarat. A total of 66 Students participated in teams of 3 to 5 members and showcased their creativity, teamwork, presentation skills, and knowledge of Gujarati cuisine. The dishes were judged on the 4Ps of Marketing – Product, Price, Place, and Promotion, along with their nutritional and cultural significance. The event provided students with an enjoyable opportunity to celebrate Gujarati traditions through food.
