The Department of B.Com (A & F), Nirmala Memorial Foundation College of Commerce and Science (Autonomous), organized a peer learning session on “Smart Calculator Techniques in Accounting and Finance” for FY and SY B.Com (A & F) students on 25th August 2026.The session aimed to enhance students’ practical calculator skills, strengthen their understanding of accounting and financial concepts, and improve accuracy and efficiency in calculations. Through interactive peer learning and practical applications, students were introduced to useful techniques that can support both academic performance and real-life financial decision-making.The session witnessed the participation of around 64 students, supported by 8 student volunteers, who actively contributed to the smooth conduct of the programme. The initiative provided students with an engaging platform to learn, share, and grow while developing greater confidence in accounting and finance calculations.
