The Department of B.Com (Management Studies), Nirmala Memorial Foundation College of Commerce and Science (Autonomous), organized a Peer Learning & Game-Based Session on “From Theory to Action: Learning Management Through Games” on 25th August 2026 for FY and SY B.Com (MS) students.The session aimed to make management learning more interactive and engaging through game-based activities, teamwork, and practical learning experiences. 71 first-year students participated in the session, which was successfully conducted with the support of 7 third-year student volunteers.The activity provided students with an enjoyable platform to apply management concepts, enhance teamwork, and develop practical understanding through experiential learning.
