The Second Year students of the B.Com Department participated in an experiential learning visit to Domino’s Pizza, Kandivali - East, on Monday, 27th July 2026. A total of around 40 students enthusiastically took part in the visit, which was organised to provide practical exposure to the food service and hospitality industry. During the session, students were given hands-on training in the art of Pizza Making under the guidance of the Domino’s staff. They observed and actively participated in every stage of the preparation process, including dough preparation, base making, sauce application, topping selection, cheese spreading, baking techniques, and quality control measures. The visit offered valuable insights into food hygiene, kitchen operations, teamwork, time management, and customer service standards followed by a leading quick-service restaurant chain. Students thoroughly enjoyed the interactive experience and gained a deeper understanding of the systematic processes involved in pizza production, making the visit both educational and engaging. The experiential visit successfully bridged classroom learning with practical industry exposure, enhancing the students’ knowledge and appreciation of real-world business operations.
