The Mentor–Mentee Meet was organized for the F.Y.B.Com. students to help them identify their strengths and areas for improvement while providing guidance for their overall academic and personal development. The Mentor–Mentee Meet was conducted through one-to-one interactions between faculty mentors and students. These individual sessions fostered a comfortable environment in which students could openly discuss their concerns, challenges, and future aspirations. The initiative strengthened the mentor–mentee relationship, promoted effective communication, and laid the foundation for continuous guidance and support throughout the academic year. The meet offered an open platform for students to share their achievements, interests, aspirations, and concerns through one-to-one interactions with faculty mentors. This initiative fostered meaningful mentor–student relationships and encouraged open communication. Around 60 students benefited from the Mentor–Mentee Meet.
