The Department of Commerce organized an Industrial Visit to Amul for the TYB.Com students on Tuesday, 21st July 2026, with the objective of providing practical exposure to the industrial environment. Altogether, 88 students were part of the visit. During the visit, the students gained first-hand knowledge of Amul's manufacturing processes, quality control measures, packaging techniques, and efficient supply chain management. The visit offered valuable insights into the functioning of a large-scale dairy industry and helped bridge the gap between classroom learning and real-world business operations. Students actively interacted with industry professionals, observed modern production facilities, and enhanced their understanding of industrial management, teamwork, and operational efficiency. Overall, the industrial visit was an enriching and educational experience that broadened the students' practical knowledge and inspired them to explore career opportunities in the corporate and industrial sectors.
