An informative online session on “Financial Planning for a Secure and Successful Future” was organised for the Second Year B.Com students on Wednesday, 23rd September 2026 at 11.00 am. The session was conducted by Dr. A. Madhuri, Associate Professor of MBA, at Andhra Loyola College who shared valuable insights into the importance of financial planning and its role in achieving long-term financial stability and security. The speaker highlighted various aspects of effective financial management, including budgeting, saving, investment planning, financial discipline, and the importance of setting realistic financial goals. Students were also introduced to the significance of making informed financial decisions, understanding different investment avenues, and developing responsible spending and saving habits at an early stage of life. The session emphasised how proper financial planning can help individuals manage their finances effectively, prepare for future uncertainties, and work towards a financially secure future. Around 80 students attended and benefited from the session, gaining useful knowledge and practical insights into personal financial management. Overall, the session was informative and enriching, encouraging students to develop sound financial habits and make prudent financial decisions for a secure and successful future.
