The Alumni Association of Nirmala Memorial Foundation College of Commerce and Science (Autonomous) organized a seminar titled “Know What the Industry Demands” on the occasion of World Youth Skills Day, held on Wednesday, 15 th July 2026 from 11:00 a.m. onwards in the Mini Auditorium (Block No. 706).
The session was conducted by Mr. Aditya Gupta, an alumnus of the BMS programme (Batch 2022–23), who shared valuable insights on current industry expectations and essential employability skills. He highlighted key competencies such as effective communication, leadership, adaptability, professionalism, and continuous learning.
The interactive session encouraged active student participation and addressed career-related queries. A total of 52 students benefited from the seminar, which proved to be both informative and motivating, helping them better understand industry requirements and prepare for future career opportunities.
